Dallas Cowboys Training Camp Pictures 1

A friend and I recently had the opportunity to visit the Cowboys at the Alamodome for one of their Saturday morning practices. WOW, It was great! Sure, a lot of the action was too far away to get very many good pictures but the ones I got were pretty cool considering! Plus, we were in the 2nd row so we had a fairly clear shot of the field, coaches and players notwithstanding.

The practice lasted about 2 hours and since we are part of the TrueBlue fanclub we got to sit in a special section during the practice and even go onto the field for about 15 minutes.

Going onto the field was perfect timing, we really lucked out. During that time that we were there, the receivers were running deep patterns towards us. It afforded me a few choice opportunities to get some great shots of the receivers and CB's going one on one.

During the 2nd portion of our time in the end zone we got to see the QB's doing 5 step drops. We were all of maybe 10 yards from Tony Romo and Brad Johnson.

The 2007 Dallas Cowboys

As a long time Dallas Cowboys fan, I don't know how you could not be excited about this year's team.

A new head coach in Wade Phillips, a new offensive coordinator in Jason Garret, and rejuvenated roster.

I had the opportunity to attend one practice this year in San Antonio's AlamoDome. I was able to sit in a special section reserved for True Blue fan club member s and even got to spend about 15 minutes on the field during practice!! I got some great picture which I will be ding soon in upcoming posts so be sure to check back often!
